iPhone Duo has two displays, and App Store Connect has a screenshot slot for each. Apps that provide them get an optimized for iPhone Duo badge on their product page.

When it's required
From April 2027, iPhone Duo screenshots are required for any app that uses the iOS 27.1 SDK or later. Until then they're optional — but adding them early gets you the badge.
Designing for both displays
- Both displays are much wider than a regular iPhone (about 2:3 instead of 9:19.5). Layouts made for tall phones need more space between elements, not bigger text.
- Use the inner display to show what's only possible on the bigger screen: split views, side-by-side content, more of your UI at once.
- Keep the outer display set close to your regular iPhone story so the product page feels consistent.
