Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Utku Zıp and Bünyamin Erdoğan, trading as Workorm ("we", "us"), who develop and operate ScreenShipper, for using the website, editor and tools (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use ScreenShipper for a company, you accept them on its behalf.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Give a real email address and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per account. Don't share accounts or create accounts automatically.

Your content

You own what you upload and create: screenshots, images, text, fonts and the finished designs. You give us a limited permission to store, process and render that content only to provide the service to you. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including fonts and images, and that your content doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.

Templates and output

Templates, device frames, sample images and the editor belong to ScreenShipper. You may use screenshots you export from the service for any purpose, including commercial app store listings, ads and websites. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves, or use the service to build a competing template collection.

Plans

• Free: up to 3 saved projects. Exports are watermarked, reduced-resolution previews and may not be used as store screenshots.
• Pro: full-resolution, watermark-free exports and higher limits, as described on the pricing page.
• Removing, hiding or editing the watermark (by hand or with any tool, including AI tools) is not allowed.

AI translation (Pro) is produced automatically by a third-party AI model and may contain mistakes. Review translations before you publish them; you are responsible for the text in your store listing. Monthly translation limits are shown on the pricing page.

Launch pass: a one-time payment for 7 days of Pro. It doesn't renew; buying another before it ends adds 7 more days.

Payments, renewals and refunds

• Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our reseller and merchant of record. Polar charges you, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipts and invoices. Its terms apply to the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your Account page; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds: if you change your mind, email us within 7 days of a payment for a full refund, as long as you haven't used Pro since that payment (no Pro exports and no AI translations). Once you've used Pro, the payment isn't refundable, because you've already received what you paid for. If Pro didn't work for you because of a problem on our side, email us and we'll make it right.
• Prices may change. We'll tell you before a change affects your renewal.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service;
• scrape the service or access it automatically, except through features we provide;
• use the service to create misleading listings or impersonate another app or company.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where possible we'll warn you first and let you export your work.

App stores

You are responsible for making sure your listing follows the App Store and Google Play guidelines. ScreenShipper helps with sizes and formats but can't guarantee that a store will approve your screenshots. App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. and Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC; ScreenShipper is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and your projects safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep copies of your important files. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut down the service we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your work.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or a rejected store listing, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time on the Account page. Deleting it removes your projects and uploads; it does not refund a paid period unless the law requires it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
