The feature graphic is the wide banner Google Play shows at the top of your listing, in promotions and when you add a preview video (it becomes the video's cover). It's required to publish.
Requirements
- 1024 × 500 px exactly.
- JPEG or 24-bit PNG with no alpha channel or transparency.
- No ranking claims, prices or Google Play badges in the image.
What makes a good feature graphic
- Keep important content in the center. Google crops the edges in some placements and can overlay a play button when you have a video.
- One message. Your app name or a short benefit, plus a visual of the app. It's read at a glance.
- Match your screenshots. Same colors, fonts and devices make the listing feel like one product.
- Avoid tiny text. It's often shown much smaller than 1024 px wide.
Every ScreenShipper template includes a matching feature graphic. In the editor, preview an Android size, open Screens and choose Add Google Play feature graphic. It exports with your screenshots, in every language.
